The Bark River Bird & Trout is a light-weight hunting knife, designed for birds and fish. Many knife makers have made a version of this classic knife. Little knives, however, come close to this Bark River. After all, this knife is incredibly thin behind the edge. As a result it is the perfect filleting knife. Because you are dealing with a convex edge it also retains its sharpness well. This knife is great for hunting purposes or when you go fishing. In the kitchen it has also proven itself ten times over. For bushcraft and woodwork purposes this is a well-constructed knife.
